Bonanza Library Rangers program
Registration is now open for our Bonanza Library Rangers program! This collaboration between Bonanza Education Center and Big Stone County Libraries will bring environmental science and art classes to Ortonville and Graceville Public Libraries between November 2024 and April 2025.
We will explore subjects like microscope biology, owl pellets, wildlife tracking, migration, and nature-based art. We’d also like to build some bluebird, wood duck, and bat houses!
Registration MUST be completed in person, at the library. Classes are free, with space limited to 20. Recommended age range is 7 to 12. All classes will be taught by Paul Dhaemers, director of Bonanza Education Center, and Jason Frank, Big Stone County Librarian.
