In this guided introduction to Stitch Hoop Embroidery, students will stretch a cotton cloth onto a hoop and then use needle-point embroidery threads to create a scene depicting a bouquet of wildflowers set against a black background. The flowers will be rendered in vivid colors, creating a striking, high-contrast piece of wall art. The class will be held on Tuesday, June 24th at 5:30 pm in the community building in Graceville. This class has been paid for by MN Legacy Funding and is at no cost to you. Ages 12 and up may sign-up at the library or by calling 748-7332. Seating is limited.
